Visitor Information

Cafeteria

The hospital cafeteria is located on the first floor and is available to all visitors every day from 6 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Vending machines with snacks and drinks are available at all hours across the hall from the cafeteria.

Parking/Security

Free visitor parking is provided in designated areas in the hospital lot. Spaces for handicapped parking are also available. While we strive to keep all areas of the hospital secure, we are not responsible for vehicle damage, fire, or theft while parked in the hospital lot.

Our security staff is on duty around the clock. After 8 p.m., all doors are locked; please use the doorbell located at the front for admission after hours. The security staff will provide escorts to and from cars.

Family Concerns

Biweekly patient care conferences give family members the opportunity to meet with clinical staff, to discuss their loved one’s current condition and progress and to answer questions. Conference time may be scheduled by calling our main switchboard at 615-687-2600.

Post-Hospital Care

When your doctor determines that you no longer need the specialized services of our hospital but still require medical care, he or she may discharge you to a skilled nursing facility, a rehabilitation center, or to home care. Your case manager will help arrange for the services you may need after leaving the hospital.
